All Home team Presidents are to email the Game day scores to the SYF Vice Commissioner (syf.vicecommissioner@gmail.com) and cc the Visting team no later than 9 pm on game day. Any score conflicts need to be resolved by 12 following game day.

  • Do not email game scores, one game at a time!
  •  Please “cc" the opposing president in the email so scores can be confirmed.
  •  An email stating concur from the president is OK instead of re-sending all scores again

  • The email heading/subject should include; game date, Division , teams with HOME vs AWAY
  • Then list the levels - starting with 8U, 10U, 12U & 14U (do not report 6U scores)

  •  If the game ends in a forfeit, controlled scrimmage or over time please indicate that after the score

                          (FF)= Forfeit (CS)= Controlled Scrimmage  (OT)= Overtime

  • If the game ends in a scrimmage the score is recorded at the time the game goes into controlled scrimmage including the extra point (PAT)
  • THERE ARE NO tie games in the SYF

SCORE DISPUTES/CONFLICTS:

  • If there is a dispute or a conflict, the scores will not post until it is resolved.
  • I will not discuss disputed scores with organization coaches or parents- ONLY PRESIDENTS- do not leave a parent or coach in charge of reporting scores.
  •  I recommend taking a picture of the scoreboard at the end of each game, just in case there is a conflict

(do not email unless there is a conflict)
